... If rumors circulating the internet are to believed, the most popular options so far being considered by gamers are Washington DC and London.
Back in 1999 Rockstar did actually take the series into London with two downloadable mission packs for the original game in the series.
Titled Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961.
Is it about time Rockstar took the series over the pond once more? Being from London myself I can't tell you how much I would love for this to happen but even as recently in 2013 Rockstar as good as ruled out this possibility : http://metro.co.uk/2013/09/20/rockstar-rules-out-gta-london-gta-is-america-4060440/
So we are betting it will be another location in the States. Again there is a lot of rumor and conjecture at the moment, every few days a different article seems to pop up speculating on where the game will be set, or giving a run down of their favourite picks for a location, take these tow links as an example:
